She is a columnist for 425 Magazine and a two-time Women to Watch honoree (2020, 2022), she is a sought-after speaker on leadership, well-being, professional and personal growth, workplace conflict, and navigating grief. Through her #FillYourTank workshops and books, she equips people with practical tools for leadership, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Deeply committed to mental health and community impact, LaEisha previously served on the Board of Directors for the Organization for Prostitution Survivors and supported resilience efforts with the King County Search and Rescue Association Care Team.
