A passionate advocate for self-compassion and compassionate leadership, she empowers individuals to transform how they see themselves and lead with well-being at the center.

LaEisha is the CEO and Founder of 1214 Collective, a consulting group that specializes in organizational operations. A columnist for 425 Magazine and a two-time Women to Watch honoree (2020, 2022), she is a sought-after speaker on leadership, culture, professional growth, workplace conflict, and navigating grief. Through her #FillYourTank workshops and books, she equips people with practical tools for mindful, intentional leadership and growth.

Deeply committed to mental health and community impact, LaEisha serves on the Board of Directors for the Organization for Prostitution Survivors and supports resilience efforts with the King County Search and Rescue Association Care Team. She previously co-founded Threads of Change, providing essential clothing to underserved youth.
